With over 25 years of experience, she integrates conventional medicine with functional, nutritional, and holistic practices to help individuals of all ages harness their body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.

She believes in empowering people with knowledge—helping them “Understand to Prevent” and create proactive roadmaps to support long-term well-being. Her passion for early action stems from the reality that the greatest impact on health trajectories happens when we intervene before problems arise.

As a mother of three, Dr. Ilana understands the challenges parents face in guiding their children’s well-being and the profound impact early habits have on lifelong health. Family and community dynamics play a critical role in shaping resilience, and she is committed to equipping the adults in kids lives with the tools to model and instill foundational health practices. Healthy for Life is her mission in action.
